About me and my life path
I’m Kirsten Witzler, born in Germany and living in Ireland in County Kerry since 2011.
Already in my childhood and youth I developed a passion for a healthy lifestyle and beauty. I became a beautician and later had my own beauty salon, but also loved traveling around Europe and ended up staying in Ireland in 2011.
I have been working in first-class hotels for over 20 years and have continued to educate myself intensively – including breathing therapy, singing bowl massage, fasting coaching, Nordic walking, make-up and type advice as well as body treatments with Jentschura products.
Eventually, I came to yoga and there I found exactly what I was looking for to complement my wealth of experience. After the yoga teacher training, I deepened my knowledge – including in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga Therapy with a focus on stress management, depression, anxiety/panic attacks and addictions.
From my more than 30 years of experience in the fields of wellness, massage, cosmetics, yoga and the development of consciousness, I have developed my own feel-good line Ondata Well Being.
I love …
… to meet people and to be able to accompany them on their way. With my massages I touch both the skin and heart. I see myself as a companion and service provider, but also as a listener, mediator and – if necessary – also as a comforter.
My mission is …
… to support people to (re)open themselves to life and to find solutions that give them a better sense of well-being. It is particularly important to me to strengthen a person’s self-acceptance. I show my clients that they can accept and love themselves and their bodies as they are.
The Red Thread …
… that runs through my life is to always follow in love and remain in trust. I know that there is always a greater power over us. I try to take this common thread into all my encounters.
Ups and Downs …
… I know too. Due to my life circumstances and life experiences I know various challenges. However, I now know that these things had to happen to get me where I am today.
