I will help you with my massages, gently and with experience, to get back on track.  

You can choose from the following massages:

  • Aroma Massage: Aromatherapy & Relaxation
    During this soothing massage with fragrant essential oils, your body will be gently stimulated and brought into the flow. You can let go mentally and physically and find deep relaxation.
    I carefully choose the essential oils for the massage to your physical and mental needs.
    Time: 60 minutes or 90 minutes

     

  • Thai Yoga Massage: Mobilise & Detoxify 
    With this Asian form of massage you will experience mental and physical relaxation. Dynamic movements and stretching exercises mobilize the flow of energy, while gentle stimulation of acupressure points promotes detoxification. In Thailand, these massages are used instead of physiotherapy.
    Time: 90 minutes or 120 minutes

     

  • Classic Massage: Muscle Relaxation & Blood Circulation Stimulation
    The classic massage relaxes the muscles and promotes blood circulation. Mobility can improve, pain can be alleviated and the organs gently stimulated. The organism comes back into balance and has more vitality.
    Time: 60 minutes or 90 minutes

     

  • Indian Head Massage: Relaxation & Well-being
    The Indian head massage originates from Ayurveda. It is a gentle partial body massage for relaxation, especially for stress-related tension and “top-heaviness”. I use gentle massage techniques to relieve tension in the face, head, neck and shoulders. This leads to more presence in the body, lightness and well-being. The Indian Head Massage also supports regeneration after illnesses and injuries. 
    Time: 45 minutes
  • Bio-Release-Massage: Letting go
    Exhausted? Tired? Tense? Then this gentle, soothing and very relaxing massage is ideal for you. It is also suitable for sensitive people, pregnant women, in convalescence, with conditions such as fibromyalgia or burnout.
    Time: 45 minutes

  • Singing Bowl Massage: Sound Therapy
    The singing bowl massage brings you deep relaxation, has a balancing effect and strengthens your self-healing powers. During therapy, I place the singing bowls on the clothed body and hit them slightly with a mallet. The sound has a beneficial effect on the entire organism, mobilizing the fluids in the body which consists of around 80 percent of water. What is agitated will be balanced again, what is blocked will flow again. 
    Time: 60 minutes or 90 minutes
